Firstly what is that article about? I can't access it either.

Secondly, do you believe that you should be entitled to it? If not then people shouldn't be helping you get access to it ;)

I can't get it either.

 

Also, RM don't like it when you do things to the servers. Even if you DO own it.

Cool, then I suggest giving RM support a ring to see if they can either sort the article permissions out or send you a copy.

Hello chaps,

 

That article is, in short, about troubleshooting adding a new CC4 domain controller or member server to an existing network (using the smartclient process) - thats the sort of work thats normally only carried out by RM engineers, or Support Partners/Local Authorities (which is why the permissions on it limit access to those people). Is that what you're having problems with? Its not normally the kind of thing I'd expect a network manager to be doing.

 

Am happy to either sort the permissions (or get your access checked) if thats the right thing to do here. Have you called support? Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss further ...
