Create profile on server before initial login?

Hi.

 

We are just moving profiles to a new server and would like them all to deleted and created again.

 

The problem is without the users profiles on the server the first loging takes 2 minutes.

 

Is it possible to create the profile fairly quicker without the user logging in? Dont want them to have to wait so long.

Set it up in Windows how you want and copy the Default User folder to the NETLOGON folder and then all users will get it.

 

I have never tried it but all methods talk about doing it that way unless anyone else can advise.
