Exchange 2010 SP2 Shared Calendar

We have recently setup a shared public calendar for the Academy that is now visible via a website for everyone to see.

 

Just wondering if it is possible to automatically add this calendar to everyone who has an Exchange email account? Therefore they will see their own calendar AND the Academy one without having to subscribe via OWA or Outlook 2010.
