BBC News - Hedgehog crossbow killer sought by Cambridge RSPCA

 

Hedgehogs found dead in a park near a Cambridge school could have been killed by a crossbow, the RSPCA has said.

 

Inspectors were called to Cherry Hinton after residents reported more than 10 bodies, with marks suggesting an arrow had been used, and then removed..

I deleted my post as it didn't match up to my normally incandescently brilliant prose, but for the curious it went along the lines of "some people are only alive because it's illegal to kill them."

 

I seem to remember reading that animal abusers are quite likely to grow into psychopaths.
