We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person who wants to start their career in ICT Support

 

We seek a reliable and enthusiastic person for this junior role. You will provide first line support for hardware, software and user issues. Experience with Microsoft Office 2012 & Windows XP / Windows 7 is essential, whilst experience of networking and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or website design is advantageous.

 

The role of the Junior IT Technician involves supporting the staff and students, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting basic problems with the school’s IT equipment. It is a varied role, providing plenty of challenges, and a great opportunity to learn.

 

It would be highly suitable for someone starting their IT career, with a passion and aptitude for Information Technology.

That or you will be waiting for a few years for microsoft to release this before being able to employ anyone with skills for software that is non existant
