I tried to find the serial number but i cant.

Go into the Activprimary menu about click About ActivPrimary, IIRC its listed on there....

 

*EDIT - Just checked, yes its on that page under "licensed to"*

From memory earlier versions of ActivPrimary didn't have serials, but ActivPrimary 3 does. For your reference, ActivPrimary has been superseded by ActivInspire which has more resources and is certainly more up-to-date. This also requires a serial.

 

If you contact Promethean, they should just request your school name and a serial number from one of your whiteboards. They'll then send you a serial number for the software.

As good as @Michael is, if Promethian themselves cant help you, im not sure how @Michael can....:/

I'm not sure why they won't help you if you have a valid whiteboard serial number and want to use their latest software. You'd of thought it would be in their interest to help you!

Sorry but you seem to want people to give you serial numbers for licensed software and if you continue you will be banned.
