APC Smart-UPS 1000 battery questions

Morning all,

 

Ok I've got a simple question for you. Do all APC Smart-UPS 1000 models take the same battery (RBC6)? I've got to replace the battery in one of mine but can't get to the back of it to check the exact model number.

 

Does anyone know a good reliable and cheap place to source the replacement from?

We've had a number of Smart-UPS 1000s over the years and they've all taken the RBC6 battery pack. They were all free-standing models, not rack-mounted. Does it not show the exact model number in your PowerChute software (or equivalent)?

 

We buy our battery packs from Insight, who have good prices on them.
