GoodheadDC Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 got exchange 2010. When user creates shared calanders and opens other users calanders, i thought this would save to exchange. But when he moves to another pc these settings have to be setup again. He also has links to other in boxes. these dont save back either and ave to be added again. what needs changing ??

sukh Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Not entirely, there can be issue with cache mode but this is something I wouldn't rule out. Can you post a screen shot of the mailbox to include the folder list pane? You can have 1 calendar for the primary mailbox so it seems like that you may be using a PST.
