Live@Edu Exchange keep asking for user credentials

Hi all,

 

We have just had live@Edu set up and second day back with members of staff using outlook 2007, outlook constantly askes for the user credentials. the fix i found was to reset the users password a number of times and to keep closing and reopening outlook itself. does anyone know why it is doing this?

Not sure why its doing that but isn't outlook 2010 required for live@edu?

 

I seem to remember needing to upgrade when we migrated.

 

Outlook 2007 is very outdated now.

Yep I had issues connecting 2007 to live@edu - 2010 and it connects to live@edu just like an exchange server
