[ipad] Show IPad2 Display on Windows PC

Is there an app/software combination that will allow someone to show an IPad2 display on a windows PC via WiFi such as a VNC link (although the PC does not necessarily need to control the IPad). The idea is that a teacher can demonstrate an IPad app to a whole class on a projector without having to be tethered to a cable. Preferably I would like to be able to do this without having to jailbreak the IPad.

From what I have read it looks like this app will only 'replicate' what is shown within its own app, if you change to another app such as the web browser or a game it will no longer display. Have you tried this app yourself and can confirm if this is true or not?

If memory serves, there aren't any apps that will mirror an iOS device's Springboard onto a desktop workstation legitimately. They only exist in the land of jailbreaks. The 'correct' solution is an AppleTV2 or 3 connected to the projector, joined to the same network as the iPad, then just switch projector inputs when you want to display iPad / aTV instead of workstation.

You can do this with an apple tv box.
