It seems that the driver of the car has an extreme [and dangerous] reaction to the actions of the motorcyclist. Seems like everyone was OK when it was all over.

I would have dragged the driver out through the window all the way to the nearest cop shop........it's unbelievable how some car drivers react to bikes :/

Since we only see the action after it has started I can't comment on who "started it"...but I do know that the big Brazilian cities have serious problems with violent car jacking crimes so maybe the car driver was just scared and over-reacted...
