Anybody know how to specify when installing the MSI the IP of the Securus box?

If you edit the MSI with Orca, scroll down and look for the entry called Registry. On the right hand side you will have the registry entry it adds, edit that so to read,

 

[ProgramFilesFolder]securus\securusclient\securusn.exe  IPADDRESS uselocaldrive

[Edu-IT]

I use a reg frag. Can easily change IP that way if necessary.

 

Value Name: Securus Network Client

Value: REG_SZ: C:\Program Files\securus\securusclient\securusn.exe s1=IP uselocaldrive nobroadcast

Under Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Hi, our helpdesk are able to create you a custom MSI that already includes your IP address.

 

Please email [email protected] with your IP address for the new client and they will send you back the MSI.
