Turn off Sky+ HD "Mini TV"

Anyone know how to turn off the "mini TV" on the Sky+HD TV Guide menu screen? I've found the option to hide the picture, but the sound is still on which is annoying at the best of times, but really so if you're actually recording the program which is playing on the mini TV at the time.

Change channels! It doesn't worry me... If something is recording, I'll just flip it to something ramdom while I sort out what I actually want to watch.

I do find it annoying that I find myself sitting watching the mini screen with the guide open without having it full screen...

Changing channels doesn't help if I'm recording 2 things. Also, that and muting it - while not difficult - are extra steps I shouldn't have to take. I never watch anything live, so don't want the feature of being able to check the EPG during an ad break. I guess I'll just keep muting it, since it doesn't appear to be possible. Seems like an oversight, though.
