We use ricoh directly, also running their print management software called equitrac, both very good at what they do IF installed and setup correctly.

We've used Ricoh directly for one of ours, and will never do so again... we couldn't get in touch with anyone re. a problem - missing item on delivery, it took months to resolve, despite withholding payment...

 

Never again.

I use Total Digital Solutions - Digital Office Solutions and Document Management .. always had really good service from them .. regularly review the printing in the school with me to make sure we're still getting best value for money as well ..
