Our engineering teams are treating this with the highest priority and are applying all appropriate supplier escalations to diagnose and fix the fault as quickly as possible.

 

Update:

Our engineering teams have identified the cause as an external targetted & distributed denial of service attack from approximately 40,000 random Internet hosts. With the guidance of our hardware suppliers, we have carried out further actions this morning that mitigate the risk of further interruptions in service.

It looks like an element isn't being displayed correctly or there is a another domain there being blocked. Check the smoothy logs.

For me adverts are block so I don't see the top banner, the smoothy logs confimed this. The rest loads fine.
