sysprep mini setup not available

Im trying to sysprep a Windows XP Home netbook but after I have created the sysprep.inf, ive run the sysprep utility and I dont get the option to select mini setup. Its greyed out.

 

has anyone seen this before and how do I resolve it?

I wouldn't have thought that XP Home would have the mini-setup routine. You'd need Pro for that.

when I create the sysprep.inf, it asks what operating system I have and I can select XP home.

 

When I reseal XP, I cant get it to look at the sysprep.inf file when I restart, is that because I am not choosing mini-setup?
