vbs working with text files

Im trying to modify my script that dumps pc details (so ram serial no etc) in ad to dump it to a text file. Is it possible for a vbs file to do this in such a way that when it runs on pc11 say it looks at the existing allpcs.csv and just replaces the existing pc11 line rather than just adding a 2nd one or even if it has to add a new line rather than replace remove the previous line?.

 

or would this be the sort of thing id need to look into sql for and create each pc its own table and have it replace that every time the script was executed
