RM (Research Machines) Experience Preferable, Previous Experience of Working in Schools, supporting ICS provision desirable

I doubt they will offer much training and the salary is the standard Dorset senior tech grade. It is a pretty good school though in a nice town in a pretty area. I went for a tech interview many moons ago and was impressed by the kit then, and they have done a lot more since then

Thats the issue with schools generally. How can you have a tech workforce who feels appreciated when there is no CPD? IT by its very nature requires continual learning and development.
