[sims] Sims Learning Gateway Profiles issue after Spring update

Hi Everyone,

 

After the spring update we have not been able to access the profiles Section of the sims learning gateway to write student reports any ideas to why this is ?

@steve_tbs - have you also upgraded SLG to the Spring version. SIMS and SLG have to be kept in sync. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but this time around, there are a few things that don't work in SLG until both are in sync, this might be one of them.

Thanks Vikpaw this solved the problem we had to request the update from the sims learning gateway team 1st time doing sims update will now know this for future updates.

Cool. Usually the SLG update is out a little bit later, so it's worth holding off doing the SIMS update. Plus it gives you time to see if anything is wrong in the SIMS one, then you can just catch it on the re-release
