    Thanks Vikpaw this solved the problem we had to request the update from the sims learning gateway team 1st time doing sims update will now know this for future updates.

    Hi Everyone, After the spring update we have not been able to access the profiles Section of the sims learning gateway to write student reports any ideas to why this is ? error = Information not available Sorry but the requested information is currently unavailable Actions taken: The error has been logged
