Script to Backup & Delete User + Files + Mailbox

Hi All!

 

Countdown to Easter break has begun!

 

Just a quick one and i'm not even sure this is possible but worth a shot, I would like a script/program that could:

 

1. Backup a user's data to another location

2. Backup (if poss) and then delete a user's exchange mailbox

3. Delete the user from AD

 

Again, not sure if thats possible but if anybody knows an answer, I would appreciate it

to backups mailbox data you need to backup the DB. Depending on what which version of Exch you're using you can leverage a script to delete the mailbox and user account, e.g powershell.
