Internal Server Error when trying to add student group under AD set-up

Hi,

 

We're moving forward with getting HAP set-up but I have a problem.

 

During set-up, under the Active Directory section, I can browse our AD structure, select the first student group and then do the second part of pointing it to the OU but after clicking add it always displays 'internal server error'...does the same on any group.

 

Any ideas of what to try?
