windows start menu search win 7

Can any one tell me what policies have to be turned to allow the search box in the start menu to only search a home drive and not be able to access server shares, C: etc

 

I have tried the policy that sais "prevent indexing certain paths"

 

Was still able to get to the areas they shouldn't
