Watch it when it goes whilst a ball is moving - although it will keep flat when it levels whilst balls are in motion it causes swerving due to differences in force/momentum.

 

(Don't take this as me knowing anything about physics, I don't. I do however know Pool, and I know the behaviour of the balls intimately - please don't also take that out of context )

 

 

(PS: It's a bit more difficult to tell how it affects moving balls in that clip because the players are particularly bad )

Tis true, not many other ways you'd get a pool table playable on most ferries Personally though you could just put a computer game in

 

Last ferry I was on (wales to ireland IIRC, many years ago) I completed the very new Super Mario World on the also newly release Super Nintendo
