Correct me if I'm wrong with TCP/IP setting for server setup

I'm installing 2k8 for about 50 nodes. Want all of 'em to connect to 2k8 for internet access, control Win 7 via group policy and DNS. Before I go on with this setting, is DNS correct? Should it be the same as the local ip or router's? (shown in the attachment)

It should be one of your dns servers and if that server is running dns then that's fine.
