36Degrees Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 A pupil has spent a lot of time creating a WebPlus Flash banner in Serif DrawPlus x3 but every time she tries to create the actual SWF file or preview it the program crashes. I've tried on my computer and get exactly the same result. I've completed the crash report which gets sent to Serif but I wondered if there is anyone out there who knows some obvious things to try? I have to confess I know very little about how to use Serif software.
WithoutMotive Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Interesting. I think I'm having the same issue. I've trawled the Serif Forums and posted something myself but nothing positive. Strangely, it's working on other machines. I've got a few error logs but nothing special.
