Uploading a file is very slow

Uploading a 40MB takes 1 hour (no network speed problems / same network).

 

Anyone experiencing the same?

Is your browser going via the proxy server?

yes, it does go via proxy server.

is that the issue?

Could be, since via the proxy server, which is usually on a slower upload, has to go out onto the internet to come back in. Bypass it for the site and have another try
