Selling old equipment

I am in the process of sorting some old equipment to be sold as some staff have shown interest in buying it. I need to produce a letter/disclaimer for staff to sign. Usual stuff sold as seen, no support, no warranty etc. Do any of you guys have a template I could steal?

You will also need to provide a vat invoice for the goods.

Yeah anything you sell from within school is VATable. Been trying for a year to get our Business Manager to set me up an Ebay account to sell a room full of old stuffI have.

a standard invoice should suffice, since they won't be receiving any warranty, support etc.

Regardless of if they are getting warrenty or support. It is still a VATable item, a school although it doesn't pay VAT itself is still VAT registered so therefore has to charge VAT for anything it sells. Otherwise it is tax evasion.
