  4. It's probably best to revert back to flash player 10, since there wouldn't be any real immediate benefit from using it.

  7. It's not unusual, this kind of thing is quite common, they may have been working on the line, usually they'll pick the most convenient time to carry out any repairs or fixes.
  8. 168 IP address is a default IP given by the OS, it simply means the system does not have a connection to the internet. So that would explain why your browser window is not loading. Scanning your drive for adware is probably your best option, prior to upgrading, because you could carry the issue over to your new installation.
  9. 2014 is still a long time, so upgrading to the latest windows OS needn't be much of a concern for you right now. Windows Vista didn't perform as well as projected, which is why it's taken so long to phase windows XP out.
  10. Do you have an access list on your network? I had a similar issue, but mine was due to the security key authentication support. Consider updating the service pack on the computer giving you troubles.
