Penpals for handwriting and adobe 9/10

for some reason none of the pdf bits of penpals for handwriting load if the pc has acrobat reader above 8. Any ideas as im out tried emailing them but it just bounced. ALl that happens is when you click to view a pdf file it does nothing no error nothing but occasionaly on odd machines and as administrator it will work
