Right, I keep getting nagged to shift these out the way, so we'll see if any of you lot want them ;)

A year ago we went on to a managed print service, and as such we have a hoard of still-decent Brother printers lying around without purpose and taking up room. Collection only from our school in Grantham, Lincs, because there's no way I have time to start running a delivery service at the moment.

We have got:

  • a HL-2030 and HL-2035 (i.e. same mono printer, slightly different toner shape to make consumables awkward), both <20k pages, no consumables in them iirc so we'll say £10 each (or free with the purchase of any other 3 printers I guess!)
  • 2 5240L (USB only) mono printers, about 10k pages each, consumables, we'll say £40 each as they've had low use.
  • 7 5250/5270DNs (only difference is an LCD screen on the '70s), networkable monos, ranging from 30k-100k pages, given the higher use we'll have these at £40 as well
  • 3 colour 4040CNs, all less than 5k pages so more or less new in the scheme of things, all with consumables etc., networkable, lovely things, £120 each.

We'll go on first-come first-served, so the quickest gets the best printers, answer in here with what you want and we can haggle over PM from there. Feel free to buy in bulk, as otherwise these are going to have to be crammed into storage somewhere or (more likely) taken to the Big Scrapheap In The Sky if no-one wants them.

I should point out as well that we are an all-girl's grammar so these printers have never been punched, assaulted, broken into or in any way damaged - seriously, we don't even need hard glass monitors here. Dead lucky I am!

we've had to go away from hard glass as the little darlings push them on the floor and smash them which then becomes a much worse h&s problem...

Ben

You sneak, I saw the subscription email saying £300 before you edited it down :p

I'll talk to the bursar re VAT (I take it you're private sector?) but otherwise, sold to the man with the offer.
