Office 2010 - Working with Web Content

We are constantly having problems copying information off the internet.

 

Our proxy does not do (NTLM) authentication to Windows properly so we are having problems with multiple Proxy Authentication popups.

 

Is there any way you can preset how Office deals with hyperlinks thru GPO, I've tested and tested nearly every GPO but without success. We are running Windows 7.

 

It seems to be worse with Office 2010 than it was with Office 2003.

We have a problem on our CC4 network whereby pupils on an internet ban can access the internet typing the url in to a MS Word doc and click on the hyperlink, is this the problem you had? Or, as it's been quite a while since you posted this, do you now have a solution?

 

I'd love to know the answer.
