edutech4schools Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 I would like to have a web based vpn as part of our staff website but my searches have turned up only a few that don't get updated anymore. Can any Edugeekers suggest a free web based vpn solution.

edutech4schools Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 I set up Adito but get a grey square block covering the first few characters of each file when browsing the shared files. It does this with IE and Chrome. Its not a show stopper but not great. Do you get this on your Adito setup?
glennda Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Not sure what you mean can you post images - i use adito's previous version SSL explorer still and never had problems. Occasionally gets stuck if the time drops out but apart from that rock solid. There is also Home Access Plus which is free and used heavily by edugeekers.

edutech4schools Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 Just to keep this on track: Log Me In Hamanci = tried this in the past but did not like it. Home Access Plus = The install looks a bit OTT for my needs but might have a play. TeamViewer = This is RDP and not VPN. Unless you can give all staff access to their files using TeamViewer. Is that possable? Adito = very easy installer for windows and very easy install. I would have thought their would be hundreds of web based vpn solutions.
