(Probably worth mentioning that the salary stated above is the current salary pre-implementation of the new pay and grading structure resulting from Job Evaluation. Bridgend is currently still in the 90 day consultation period for Job Evaluation but if the proposed pay scale for this position is implemented then the salary would subsequently be £21,519 - £22,598).
