witch Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 We have used RM Maths for some years but it really doesn't get on with Windows 7 very well - the sound particularly is an issue. Can I ask what maths programs those of you in Junior education use? Something similar to RM Maths would be good.
elsiegee40 Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 We use an online option, Scholastic's Class Pet Class PET - Scholastic Education PLUS 1

steveg Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I've just set up a subscription to mymaths.co.uk, and the teachers seem to really rate it. No real experience of it myself, they do offer 30 day trials if you want to give it a go though. Steve 1
witch Posted October 24, 2011 Author Posted October 24, 2011 I think mymaths is the nearest to what the teacher wants - he runs an RM maths club every day and the children follow a set path with maths of increasing difficulty - they can save their work etc
