Anyone got a timesheet spreadsheet they would like to share

i am looking for a time sheet spreadsheet/software to keep track of my hous/breaks etc.

 

has anyone got anything along those lines

i am after one that lets you input start time break length lunch length and then adds them all together i can do one but it might be easier if someone has one already done.
