Activ Inspire Licensing/Redistribute Query

We currently use Activ Inspire throughout the site with all the Activ Boards. I've had a query from a member of SLT regarding wether we can put a copy of the software on our website for students to download and view files at home.

 

Are we able to do this? As we don't really fancy making students have to sign up to Promethean planet just to download the view the homework etc.

 

Or is there a reader version or something similar?

Hello there - and apologies for the delay - your question has thrown up some interesting ponts at our side!

 

As things stand, all users would need to obtain a copy via Promethean Planet, as that is the only place where it should be downloaded from.

 

Appreciate this isn't what you were hoping, but I have also PM'd you for some more info.
