witch Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 Just been clearing out a cupboard and have finally decided to get rid of the following: Samsung Digital Cam VP D3000 Sony Handycam CMOS Sony Handycam AC-V25 Sony FD Mavica Sony MVC-FD200 Sony MVC-FD73 It seems such a waste to just chuck them - anyone know what I can do with them? Anyone want them to take to bits? Any thoughts welcome
SYNACK Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 I don't understand the question, all of our digital cameras are stolen/broken by students or others before they could be considered out of warrenty let alone old If they are USB live connectable you might be able to use them as huge unwheldly webcams. You could also take them apart and rip out the IR filters so you could use them to teach or demonstraite infra red photography.
laserblazer Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 I'll take the Mavica off your hands. We still use them in DT.
Oaktech Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 i'm pretty sure some of those cameras wouldn't know USB if it bit them...
