Forcing shared calendars - exchange 2007

Good morning gentlemen.

 

I've had a look around but couldn't see anything along this subect so I was wondering if you can help me;

 

I'm trying to force a shared calendar to appear on all users' outlook without having to send it via an email.

 

Is this possible?

No I dont think you can with Exchange 2007 but I *think* outlook 2010 + exchange 2010 sp1 might be able to.

Ok thanks for that. I suppose sharing the calendar with all useres via email is the only alternative?

trying to think of other ways, you could possibly tweak the default profiles or use vb script calling the api's.
