Pat Testing I-Mac

Our current pat tester (external contractor) is failing I-Macs on an earth bond test through the stand (These are 2010 Aluminium I-Macs) - I have spoken to both our reseller and other schools in the area about it and they have never heard of any issues. Am not 100% sure he is testing them right but need guidance from someone that may pat test I-Macs in particular. Anyone else had the same issue?

Seeing as the stand is a hinged component, would it not make more sense to test them through the body? All of our iMacs pass and we have dozens and dozens.

What steve said, we had about 20 recently done (last weekend) and all were done through the body not through the stand.
