Streaming broadcast but only getting video and no audio

Hi,

Hope someone can help. We stream live tv (schools own tv channel) in the mornings and staff access the live feed through vlc player. Now they get video fine but there not getting any audio. This problem is only affecting handful of staff. When they play a non-streamed video, everything is fine but not with streamed feed. I have updated the vlc player. Installed an older version - still doesn't work. It cant be anything to do with the hardware as its happening on different equipment.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
