[sims] License file needed for Photo inport into SIMS

We have come to update the photos in SIMS and found that a license key is needed to inport the photos

 

Can anyone tell me where this file is please

You need to purchase it every year so check with your Finance dept to see if its been ordered, if not it costs £70, call Capita on 01234 832100

If you have used a Capita approved photographer then they should have provided the licence as part of their costs!

Timbo you are looking for a file named with your school and a li2 extension.

We usually get ours on the disc. One tip I will give you is if you get an error trying to import the licence file, check the length of the file name. Our school name is very long consisting of 2 saints etc etc and the file is named accordingly. If I rename the file to something shorter it mystically works!
