Activ vote/ Activ Hub (Promethean Board)

We are having problems with our new Promethean Activ hub not working with our old style voting packs (model no prm-av2-01)

we have the version Ah2-01 of the Activ hub, We are using Activ board 378 pro

using activ inspire, has anybody else had any issues with the above.

Hello,

 

The AV201 device is an RF device, and therefore would need either an RF ActivHub(AH101), or one of the older model of boards (firmware version 3.xx).

 

The hub you have is a 2.4GHz hub, and should be used with the AV301 (2.4GHz) ActivHub devices.

 

Unfortunately, because the devices you have and the hub you have are not the same technology, you will not be able to get the devices to communicate with each other.

 

You might be best speaking to your reseller to see if they can get one of the AH101's, but to my knowledge, thease are no longer available.
