Note-Taking / To Do List App - Android and Win7

Can anyone recommend a good "to do list" app which runs on Android and has a Windows 7 client too. I'm currently using Evernote, but the synchronisation doesn't seem to work completely. Free or paid for, I don't mind.

But Simplenote is also very good...if a little, well, simple

SpringPad seems to just be on mobile though, whereas I want something I can view from a PC too. Basically, I'm looking for something that will allow me to add tasks on my phone whilst on the go (i.e. when people stop me in the corridor) and then see that same list on PC screen when back in my office.

Looks okay - only syncing twice a day could be a problem, but I'll see how I get on...
