Hi All

By default on a exchange 2010 box when you login as a user say though OWA I have noticed that you can search for another user in the address book to send them an email, but also you have the chance to view there calendar entries. Granted they just show up as busy but is there any way to stop this, so users can’t view them? Unless access is given to another users mailbox??

Many Thanks in advance

1. You sholdnt be able to see the enteries, only there free/bus which set the default permissions. You can't easily changes theses, not sure why this is an issue as if one wanted to book and meeting you would want to check the availability.

Would it be as simple as to remove the default group from the users permissions on the calendars?

Ahh found it. Yes it is via the permissions on the calendar via outlook. Simple when you think about it lol :-)

Thanks
