when you update to the latest ranger 5.7 it puts a shortcut on your desktop and a help file.You need .net 2 at least installed on server for it to install though plus you need to activate it as well with a license key which you have to get from ranger (sentinel)(if it not on desktop it should be in your ranger folder under setup ram2 or something you should find it)

 

mine wouldnt do the activation over the web and im still waiting for them to send me the key manually

 

(plus ranger 5.7 might stop your screen shots from working it broke mine and i am still waiting for a reply from support)

I did install it and successfully activate it, but on using it I found it was actually harder to do things than in RAM Classic, so for now I have switched back to that.

 

Sentinel have told me that there is a help guide for RAM2's use, but it is still in production and is expected to be released next month.

Used it a few times now and I think it is very good. Need to configure some templates to get the best out of it but gets my vote.
