Data from RM Integris into Capita One

I am really hoping someone can help me!

 

I work in the Database Team for a Local Authority. We use Capita One centrally and most of our schools are on Capita SIMS, so we use B2B for the schools to send weekly updates to our central database. However, we have one school that has moved onto RM Integris and we are struggling to get a data file from them. Surely there must be a way that the school can export their pupil data in a format that can be imported into Capita One? Any advice or experience would be very gratefully received!

Exporting to a CSV is probably the best format. Has the school in question contacted RM themselves?

Hi Michael, thanks for that - yes the school has been in touch with RM, but apparently they have said they would charge to help them, and the school are not willing to pay

 

Is it fairly straightforward to export a csv from Integris?

Am I correct in assuming that Capita One can import CTF files - if that is the case, just ask the school to create a CTF for the whole school.

 

Integris G2 does have other ways to export, including setting up customised adhoc reports which can be set to output as csv files

 

We are in the opposite position to you - almost all our schools are on G2 and we use RM's Centris central system, but we have a couple of SIMS schools

 

We just ask the SIMS schools to send us a CTF file for all the pupils on the current roll
