Hi Michael, thanks for that - yes the school has been in touch with RM, but apparently they have said they would charge to help them, and the school are not willing to pay Is it fairly straightforward to export a csv from Integris?

I am really hoping someone can help me! I work in the Database Team for a Local Authority. We use Capita One centrally and most of our schools are on Capita SIMS, so we use B2B for the schools to send weekly updates to our central database. However, we have one school that has moved onto RM Integris and we are struggling to get a data file from them. Surely there must be a way that the school can export their pupil data in a format that can be imported into Capita One? Any advice or experience would be very gratefully received! Thanks.
