[iOS] Voice Recorder with Cloud Upload/Storage

Does anyone know if there is a Voice Recorder app available for iOS (iPhone in this case) that will record audio in MP3 format and allow uploading to cloud based storage like Dropbox?

 

Currently I am recording using Voice Memos, syncing to iTunes, converting to MP3 (from M4A) and then uploading to Dropbox. Is there anything that will do all this in one hit?

iTalk Recorder Premium perhaps? The user reviews on the App Store aren't particularly good, although this review rates it highly. Not sure which to trust.

 

The FAQ on the Griffin website is worth reading too, as it mentions several limitations (such as only being able to record in mono).

Unfortunately, it only records in AIFF format. I posted the same question on OcUK forums and someone suggested the aptly named "DropVox" - Which does exactly what I want it to, except for the fact that it records as M4A. For universal compatibility (and sharing) I need MP3 and they don't give an MP3 option.

Not sure about the uploading of mp3 files to a cloud ie dropbox or the likes ?
