Server Error in '/Extranet' Application.

I seem to be having an issue downloading files. I have two test accounts both in the same groups and OU, one can download files and the other can’t.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I have just found this from an old post and it has resolved the issue.

The main issue you will be facing is due to the home directory entry in AD not being present. You need to define this. HAP+ uses this behind the scene, even if you tell it not to. I'll try and do something to fix that, but it's not likely.
